Install Cedia
Just boot
Update cedia
Install ultrasn0w 1.2.4
reboot
Just boot
reboot
Just boot

Not Unlockt

Modem Firmware 05.15.00
Version 5.0 (9A334)

Can me help unlock sim?

Modem Firmware 05.15.00

is not unlockable by ultrasn0w.. you must use ipad (6.15) baseband... but you will loose GPS function

use the last update of redsnow and install ipad baseband

yes use redsn0w and install ipad baseband(6.15) and u will solve it,otherwise u can also put 4.1 firmware and jailbreak and unlock it
