Member: 1808493 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Iphone 3gs sim network problem baseband got updated From 05.16.07 to newest baseband, Run evasi0n and then ultrasnow to unlock, Wi-Fi works, cydia works, But phone dosnt find carrier only shows searching when i try different sims.. What Can I do to fix this? Regards Ellen |

Member: 1009354 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 237 | 1. Read Forum  2. Open Redsn0w 3. Go to Extra 4. Select frimware 6.0 5. Go back and press jailbreak 6. Uncheck the ~install cydia~ and sellect only Downgrade BaseBand 7. After that do a normal restore whit itunes whit accepted sim inside and u are done. Good luck Tested and 100% working |

Member: 1808493 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Didnt work I think i got i right selected manual ispw and selected 6.0 then back and uncheck cydia and clicked ipad baseband first error i got was the connected device doesn't support untethered options i did it once again to see if i did something wrong when i should enter the phone in dfu mode. i got a popup who i can answer yes or no somehing about new iphone? maybe then it completed the work, but when i then connected the phone to itunes it was in recovery mode.. After recovery im back at 6.1 orginal sim works but no other sim...seems that im back to start... What have i do wrong  |

Member: 1268276 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 3 | do this step 1 run irev to pwned dfu ur mobile 2 run ipsw 4.1 to itunes if they have error 1015 just exit recovery on tiny umbrella 3 jailbreak it to redsnow 9.6rc9 to activate after finish 4 open redsnow 0.9.15b3 then select extras select ipsw 6.0 back jailbreak uncheck cydia just check downgarde baseband 5 after finish back extras evenmore restore select 6.1 yes after finish 6 jailbreak again to redsnow 0.9.15b3 extras select ipsw 6.0 back jailbreak check only cydia then follow the instruction if they have error just count on your own risk first 3 second 10 third just 8 and tick ok to continue 7 after finish back extras justbooth tethered then 8 evasion 1.1 just jailbreak to untethered 9 then use itool tick cydia upload files click the dev ios 6.1 to have signal search it here cause i did not know how to upload this file after finish just rebooth the mobile then wait for a few minutes for the signal i hope i could help you!!! |

Member: 1808493 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | started over again just runned evasi=n again with my orginal sim inserted this time didnt have any sim in it the first time now cydia is there wifi is working good and i have network with the original simcard, should i now test with the orginial sim card in it to unlock it again with ultrasnow or should i go the other way with downgrade baseband and redsnow instead? |

Member: 1808493 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Tried ultrasnow again as soon installed it and phone reboots original sim can't find network again: ( haven't tried the deb files thing.. When I run redsnow and select ipsw 6.0 and then downgrade baseband with cydia Unclicked I got an yes or no question about serial or something if I press no I get an error when I start something about unthetred device, if I press yes and then continue in dfu mode the operating starts when its Finished it says something about just thetred or something .. then I get an error on the screen who says run redsnow again or something. When i reboot phone is in recovery mode |
