Iphone 3GS stay in DFU mode error 21 Only jailbreak data works - GSM-Forum

Hello,

I'm new on this forum, i have a problem with a 3GS 16gb motherboard.

The screen stay black only without light, when i plug on itunes and make a restore, the screen stay black but with light and itunes give me error 21.

I have tried to run redsnow, it's works i can jailbreak the iphone, on screen i see the logo with harddrivedisk and all the process with white writings, after the iphone shows the pineapple and reboot and stay black.

If i try to make "just boot" in redsnow option i have the pineapple logo freeze on my screen i can't do anything. I reboot my power and home button but itunes give always error 21. Sometimes it's error20 ....

I think it's an hardware problem but i don't find on this forum the solution to solve.

Try first to make new user account on your PC and restore phone using new account if not solve then,Reball of Nand Mass Memory may fix this problem.
Don't ask how search forum there are post how to do that.

JUST Mild reheat NAND IC try restore again?

dear. try with custom firmware. but follow the requirements...like powned dfu mode.

I have allreday try to reheat NAND IC and NOR IC but nothing better, perhaps need to reheat a most long time.
I will test and give the resultat.

No have the ERROR 21 in your topic and for ERROR 20 no have solution if i read correctly ?

Allready try with different CFW made with snowbreeze and redsnow but not works, i put in DFU mode pwned with Ireb but always this ERROR 21

first downgrade ipad basebnd then install ipad baseband..ur problm solved 101%
