I have 3GS 32GB I received this phone in itunes condition when i restore on 4.2.1 successfully restore.When i did jailbreak I succeded without any problem. After jailbrak when comes Icons like when show the menu and after some seconds screen goes to white. I have done many times.All time every thing is fine but when menu comes my screen goes to white. PLZ help me I'm worried about this problem...

I had the same problems.

I still don't know how to fix this.
the phone is stuck in DFU mode, and when I try to boot thetered with redsnow it give me a white screen too. I can press and hold both power and home to send it again in DFU, but if I try to boot with redsnow the white screen comes back.

so I am basically stuck in a circle. I opened the phone and removed the board from the battery (and now got the internal speaker not working lol), and it did solve the problem, but only for a short time.

It seems like redsnow or the firmware is buggy as hell, thus rendering the phone unusable after a few boots.

Found another way to get out of white screen... I simply let the battery run out of power by leaving the phone on DFU for a few days.

When I replugged it in, it was still stuck in DFU mode, and still is, but at leat the white screen was gone.

just disconnect battery and problem solved
