modem : 05.16.05

need to unlock it

I jailbreak it successfully and install cydia on it
I try to downgrade the modem version with redsn0w 0.9.9b8 but i get error on iPhone screen

how to unlock it ?

You will need to install ipad baseband.

What redsn0w did you use and what shsh blobs have you saved?
