iphone 3gs update question - GSM-Forum

hello all
i have an 3gs with baseband 6.15 (4.2.1) and asking myself if i update via itunes(update button) i gonna kill my phone?i will be able after that to unlock it?
what's the lastest baseband?the 4.3.3 will change my baseband? to use an custom fw(via restore)?

unfortunately at this time your iphone die with 06.15 baseband only you can use a custom firmware!!!
