and modem is 06.15.00

how can i unlock it?

jailbreak with redsnow rc16 then run ultrasnow from cydia.

you want to say cydia not come after jailbreak?
please type cydia in search then you can see cydia.

use greenpoison rc5 then tell result

bro only restore is now help to use
save shsh and restore on 4.3.3 and again jailbreak.
