when i use redsn0w 0.96b6 to jailbreak 3GS v4.2 cant when i received ipad basebnd the redsn0w try to jailbreak 3GS but fone accept and work to itune cable any help plz

Launch iREB and use it to enter DFU mode. Keep it open.

Launch iTunes and restore with CUSTOM firmware, not restore firmware.

Launch redsnow and tick "just boot tethered" while choosing ver. 4.2.1 restore fw.

Your problem should be solved i n s h a a l l a h.
