Restoring to 4.3.2 is not a good idea mate, us Snowbreeze to cook CFW. Put to DFU using Redsn0w, run Tiny Umbrella Restore using CFW.

Hi,
Apple doesn't sign the 4.2.1 firmware anymore, you need to update it directly to 4.3.1 but the baseband will be updated by the way and you can't unlock it.
if you need to unlock it, wait until the custom firmwares will be available.
