Hi all i noticed that my screen was not sat in the phone properly so i took the screen off to find that the PCB board was under a lot of pressure so i took it out to find that my battery was bloated, what can cause this?

Overcharging is the cause - someone left the phone on charger for long time, plenty of times. Get new battery and when phone shows battery fully charged disconnect the cable.
