iphone 3gs wont restore anymore ..IDEA PLS

status:
pascode at 4.2 firmware BB 6.15
action taken
restore at 4.2 CFW SUCCESSFUL but at blackcreen mode when
plug to itunes ,a notification of recovery mode
so i BOot up with RS/unlock the phone & has a signal and working
"note RS 14 is not yet available 3days ago and still trying to flash ....
while phone is ok,, then it turns white screen and cant able to boot in RS and 3gs ibooty....
retry again and just a white screen on screen

so decide to restore @ CFW 4.2 or original firmware 4.1-4.2,4.2.1 CFW
up to latest 4.2.3....it failed it wont restore error 28,1601 appears
with or with out using tiny umbrella

i used this host also to update to latest and was failed
