Hi brothers I have iPhone 3GS 5.1.1 bb 6.15.00 BOOTLOADER 6.4_M3S2
model MC140 ,
When Update to 5.1.1, phone is not active becasue don`t read sim card
i try to downgrade Baseband via redsnow 0.9.14b1
select IPSW 5.1.1
use DFU method
when program uploading fist stage always have:
- redsn0w EXIT , Windows xp shows Problem with aplication, and shut down prgram
- Usb communication problem

I try on othere computers but still same

Any solution to downgrade or repair READ SIMCARD in this model of iPhone ??

if is not a hardware problem u can try this whit me works nice and 100%

I reflash with itunes to 4.1
then use iReb 4.4 (eror 1015 fix)
then jailbreak with redsn0w 096b5
instal cydia, then with wifi , upgrade cydia and fin ultrasn0w
then install ipad baseband and , phone is unlock

i am using 3gs and can't use its update function then what is the use of it

hi friends itunes error 3194 was solved in this steps pls follow it

1. uninstall itunes. ( restart )
2. replace the etc folder (c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc)
3. install latest version of itunes.
4. put ur iphone on dfu mode
5. open ireb5 run pwned dfu mode popup windows shows ok then click ok
6. open itunes (must internet connection atleast 1mbps) shift+restore click
7. choose ur firmware in u
r pc. then running firmware do not disturb ur pc.
8. when finish firmware. then check it ur iphone not activation.
9. open redsn0w latest run jailbreak when finshed ur iphone is activated.
