No at the moment if you dont have SHSH save you cant, just wait for a solution.

iH8tsn0w has Sn0wbreeze v2.0 coming very soon which will do that.Not sure which models tho.

Did you not see where I posted "not sure which models"...?..The firmware has been done already.Phones TBD at this time.
