i've delete limerain before installing cydia,is there a way to install it via pc?i dont want to restore

guys it showme done, but after reboot cydia still blank,any idea how to reinstall cydia without restore?

limerain not working ,it just show me green drop and then iphone turn off,my version is 4.0.2 ,redsnow do it but ,i cant see limerain after i delete it by mistake, bacuse of that ,cydia cant connect to it's server,maybe now i clear the case
