is it possible to unlock iphone 4 ver.4.0.2, model mc, modem 01.59.00
or it must be downgrade first to unlock ???

You need to downgrade first. If u can't downgrade because no shsh wait for new jb/unlock for 4.1

4.0.2 cannot JB/Unlocked
Downgrade to 4.0.1, 4.0, 3.xx can JB/unlocked.
make sure you have saved shsh blobs in cydia in order to downgrade, if your device have not saved shsh blobs no solution as of now....CHEERS!!

Basically YES 4.0.1 can JB/Unlocked
BUT
Do you haved saved shsh file in cydia?
IF NO
It means that you cannot downgrade only upgrade to 4.1 which is also non JB/Unlocked
IF YES
It means you can downgrade to 4.0.1 then JB/Unlocked

I ALSO HAVE 3GS VER.4.0.2
TRIED TO SAVE SHSH WITH TINYUMBRELLA, BUT FAILED :
