hello

i want to restore my factory unlocked

i connect to itunes and to update.

and also on software i see, there is a problem with your iphone

also on phone i see the connecting cable with itunes display.

can anybody help me please

Put your iPhone into DFU mode and update your iPhone to ios 5.0.1 your problem will be 100% solved

i do dfu mode all, also in revovery restore.

buttttt in the phone i have to do setup. and then it show me on itunes

we are sorry but it seems that your phone has an error, alsooo the client told me that the phone fall down on the floor.

so maybe its hardware problem, please any s***estions on this.
