Question iPhone 4 permanently reboots after downgrade to iOS 6.1.2

I have iPhone 4 with well known error 0xE8000004 after update to iOS 7 and reset.
Today I've downgraded it to iOS 6.1.2 as described here w w w. geeksn0w. it/GeekGrade/windowsguide. html
(please remove spaces to use link, I have less than 10 posts, so I can't use active links)
Now it loads iOS 6.1.2 (with an old-style Apple logo) and I can see initial screen with "Slide Bar", but when I slide it, language selection menu displays for a moment and iphone reboots. Also I see "No Service", but valid SIM is installed.
Please check video to see the situation youtube. com/ watch?v=vtr-6edc3Yc (please remove spaces to view)
Many thanks for any help

Some additional info - result described in the first message appears when I use Windows 7 x32.
I've also tested redsn0w under Windows XP x32 and situation is not the same: now there is a pineapple sign on the screen each time I turn the phone on. And there is a normal progress when I turn the phone off.
Unfortunately, it also reboots after slide swiping (as shown on video above).
Anyway, I'll continue tests with different PC and OS.

no service because phone not activated yet, reason for reboots? your screen damaged, without home button it's not enough?

It's a normal behavior of downgraded with that trick iphone 4. You can do nothing with it.
Next time use search in this forum

screen is Ok, only glass is damaged
home button is connected through appropriate flex, otherwise it is impossible to enter DFU

There are many sources say that way is OK. May be, it is closed now((
Do you mean that apple completely closed tricks with downgrades now?
