iphone 4 activation problem - GSM-Forum

i have iphone 4 its factory unlocked and cloud id is removed but when i try to activate it its asked for icloud id i try to reset is same condition then i flash it but same condition again asking for icloud id i want to activate or same as older condition but how ?plz guide

www.icloud.com
& remove u iPhone form u account
then try to activate
