I have iphone 4 :
Part Description: IPHONE 4 32GB BLACK
Product Version: 6.1
Coverage Status: Out of Warranty
Coverage End Date:
First Unbrick Date:
Last Unbrick Date:
Next Tether Activation Policy Description: Unlock.
Lock Status: Unlocked
i Serial number: 83030J8JA4T
Purchase countryUnited States
Carrier: AT&T USA
Simlock status: Unlocked

Updated it to 6.1.2 but cant activate. The first user had it jailbreaked on 4.1
because i see the shsh blobs on cydia.Maybe he hactivated it on 4.1 ??
Any solution ?

restore with latest version 6.1.2 and put different carrier sim inside
your problem solved.

CHECK UR SIM LOCK STATUS AGAIN

If ur sim lock status in unlock restore ur i phone agian on latest version

request for zip code and ssn from apple. thats all

problem is you didnt have an initial activation using an at&t sim. now your imei in the server is in the unlock or lock list. you need a service to fix your imei in the server.

So where to buy service to fix imei at server?
Imei is unlocked , just can't activate .
