iPhone 4 after 20 minutes in sleep mode wont power on need to restart with power home and after that all it's working ok. When is on charger also everithyng is OK, but when he goes to sleep mode - need to press home and power for 30 seconds to restart and power on.
i change battery, flex cables and software - same story.

any help?

Actually this problem is face because temperature is very high. just of the set and wait for some time or keep him in AC room then charge it form Genion Charger and then set on your problem will solved. if you again face the same problem then tell me i will proper guide you.

yes phone is water damaged i charge with original ipod 2th generation cable and iphone 5 ac adapter - but same story.
