Iphone 4 after restore ask i cloud account activation - GSM-Forum

i have restore an iphone which was disabled and after restore to 6.1.3 now that iphone ask for an apple ID which was sign in to Icloud account and the woner of this iphone even dosent know which account was used to this iphone so now the problem is this its in emergency mode and dosent active to use so please any expert hellp me to remove this iclooud sign in problem which locked to an unknown account and stard using iphone.

I'm gonna solve this problem just tell me do you make a backup to your iphone before restore

No backup if I know that way if we have already taken backup by selecting restore from backup that can be solve but unfortunately there is no backup thanks for ur attention to my post hope apple or any expert west a few minutes of thier time and well solve this problem inthe future
