Iphone 4 with base 01.59.00 version 4.0.2 can update 0n 4.3.3 and keep base?

AS I told in my title already details about iphone 4 which i have in hand,firmware 4.0.2 jailbreaked and unlocked via ultrasn0w .but if i wana update via snowbreeze ,can be remain base as past?thanks

cant be sure about updating to 4.3.3 without updating the baseband of your iphone 4 but read here for updating to 4.3.1 without updating baseband.

use custom firmware and all will be ok, easiest way is to create ya own with pwnage (mac) or sn0wbreeze (win)
