iPhone 4 Baseband 1.59.00 updated to 6.1 - No Service

Hello Guys,

I am in desperate need of help

I updated my iphone 4 to ios 6.1, preserving the baseband to 1.59.00 using Sn0wbreeze method.

After successful jail break, I tried to unlock the iphone installing UltraSn0w fixer for 6.1 and Ultrasn0w 1.2.8 but I keep on getting either 1 signal or No service.

I also tried to install old version of Ultrasn0w 1.2.7 but no luck.

Can someone please help me on how to get the signal back on the phone ?

Regards
Mbait

this only solutions

step 1 launch Cydia from your device.
step 2 Go to manage >Sources Tap on Edit, which is located at the top right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Enter the following URL repository: Untitled Document.
Step 4: Tap on Add Source.

Step 5: A package for ultrasn0w fixer 6.1 will be displayed. Tap on it to start installation.

a fix for iphone 4 6.1.2 1.59 ultrasnow 1.2.8. (it worked for me and others who tried it in the links below)

thermzmaster found a way to stop the cycling. everything works except push, imessag facetime and still with one signal bar.

here is his guide: i Parelhos | iPhone 4 possible fix

after that GJCD stated that to fix push notifications you go to Fix iMessage/FaceTime & Push Notifications On Hacktivated iPhone 4/3GS

after installing SAM, your phone will respring but with ACTIVATION REQUIRED. dont panic, a guide by Mohcine Ariani at ALL About Apple Is Here: The Only way to get Push notifications , Facetime and iMessage Work on your iDevice will show you how to bypass the activation and the step by step in configuring SAM.
credit goes to the ones mentioned! i got my iphone 4 6.1.2 baseband 1.59.00 working(even push!) except for the one signal bar.
