when i try to retore ma iphone 4 its give me error
iphone could not be restored because the firmware not compatible

this error only comes with 4 and 4s not for 3g and 3gs

if your device is factory unlock try to restore online not custom firmware

that's mean you are not using correct firmware files.

i dont think so
i downloded fimware from many sources like iclarified etc but as leo give me link i will use and post the result

Reinstall the itunes new version, and restore the iphone when it in DFU mode, let itunes download IPSW from apple
