iphone 4 cdma issues on reliance

Hi,

I have iphone 4 cdma meid regestered with reliance india,
when i getstat rsn, it's showing 'handset status as with rsn A100001A*******: will work with a prepaid GSK" But it's won't work when i dail *228 contact to customer care, also i have working ruim card in nokia handset, if i write min & mdn number in to iphone 4 cdma is it work or any other process i will do.....
