If u have error (-1) after flash do this stpe by step!
open redsn0w_win_0.9.15b3
click extra

Select IPSW

Slect 6.0 ipsw for iphone 4

click Restore Fix

All done!
activate iphone and enjoy!

this isn't Solution For iphone 4 or 4s with baseband problem
Error-1 Happens sometimes with phones used to work with Gevey or Xsim i posted that somewhere before
So this isn't Solution
This is Just Recovery stuck problem after restore regardless Error -1
