If you don't have SHSH blobs saved for your device then you won't be able te restore to 5.0.1 as Apple has stopped signing it.

Update to latest Itunes Save Youre SHSH bLobs and restore to 5.0.1.... If u dont have SHSH blobs U cant restore so restore to 5.1 still same error change computer 1000% tested by me..........

i have latest itune save shsh blobs delete host every thing
but still same its amazing not restore to 5.0.1

i thing return to *******r.
