is says could not be restore because the firmware is not compatible ???

so download correct firmware from support

i download 2 times but same error i try another pc but same error so how ??

ok if it goes through and gives you a error , kick it out of recovery with Tiny Umbrella then should work

With hold shift you can not restore iphone 4 , you need to click on update tab on itunes and lets itunes download and restore your iphone 4.

best way to have good finish , i have done on this way?
