Its not hardware its host issue, 100% solved by edit host... Do it step by step FIRST CHECK BATTERY IS WELL CHARGED 1.disconnect internet 2.uninstall itunes 3.restart pc > install again 4. go to windows>system32>Drivers>etc>hosts 5. open file in notepad and edit like below.. # 127.0.0.1 localhost > keep till this line 74.208.10.249 gs.apple.com > delete this line or any extra line below this 6. Restart pc 7. disable antivirus and windows firewall or all firewall 8. Reconnect internet 9. Open itunes now then shift+Restore (USE GOOD CABLE and BACK USB PORT ,dont use front usb or hub or usb extension cable) will be Done 100000%....
