iPhone 4 GSM never jailbroken, stuck on DFU after update to 6.1.3

Hello, as the title says, i have an iPhone 4 GSM never jailbroken (bought it new), stuck on dfu mode (black screen) after updating to 6.1.3. When i connect it to any computer itunes recognize an iPhone on recovery mode and when i press restore it returns me the error 1600 and it is the same when entering a custom firmware.
I had press home+power for about 1 min and the screen keeps black with no apple logo. Redsnow tells me that my iPhone is on soft dfu mode, i put it on dfu mode and the same happen, and when trying to recover on redsnow it stucks on "waiting to reboot". The iPhone is allways around pwned dfu, soft dfu and dfu mode, i can't get it out of any of this modes. When running tinyumbrella i click fix recovery, a light on screen of the iPhone appears but nothing more. I have tried ireb and it says that the iPhone is on pwned dfu.
Can anybody help me please?
