- Download ssh_rd_rev04b ( https://sites.google.com/site/msftgu..._rd_rev04b.jar )
- Run it then put your iDevice in DFU mode .
- Download and run WinSCP ( Downloading winscp553.zip :: WinSCP ) , connect to your iPhone ( hostname : 127.0.0.1 / login : root / password : alpine / port 2022 )
- WinSCP / Command / Terminal : mount.sh
- Navigate to /mnt1/Applications/ , remove Setup.app
- Terminal : halt
- Power on device , download TinyUmbrella ( http://cache.firmwareumbrella.com/do...la-7.11.00.exe ) , Recovery Devices / Exit Recovery .

Try launching using java in SysWOW64 folder ( c:\Windows\SysWOW64\java.exe -jar /path/to/jar/ssh_rd_rev04b.jar )
PS : You are running a 64bits OS , right ?

If you are using 64bit system, then install both version of Java 32 and 64 bit.
