Iphone 4 Hidden Reset menu - GSM-Forum

I got a iphone4 with hidden reset menu.there will be no reset menu in
settings->general->{no reset}.iphone with ios 6.1.3 without jailbreak.dont wanna restore ios 7 just want 6.1.3.
the phone is was configured by a developer.though i remove provisioning profile still no reset option.
any help?

Download " Semirestore " and use it .

use iphonenoerase tool it will fix your iphone w/out erase anything and same ios
