hi anything for unlock Iphone 4 iOS 4.3 bb 04.10.01???

I use Sn0wbreeze-2-3b4 for jailbreak and install ultrasn0w from Cydia but no signal.

Last Baseband for Unlock 4G is 1.59.000

Jailbreak is not Unlock

of course i understand this, but i have this bb 04.10.01 and need unlock.
if any way to change this bb I can't not find how install the bb u mentioned.
