Hi

you need to unlock iphone4g so you can buy factory unlock code from ur nearest reseller..

for iphone 4s you can do both things factory unlock but now you can use turbo sim (Gevery all in one ) ...

That's a million $$ question but as of this rely there is no solution available to unlock 4.11.08. Folks over HTa regularly update on this baseband you can follow them.
