Iphone 4 with ios 6.1.3 asking for apple id for activation, - GSM-Forum

Hello guys, i bought iphone 4 yesterday, so this iphone have 6.1.3 IOS, it had a lot of stuff of that guy who sold me, so i did erase everything, now im stuck on on activation, i tunes is asking for an Apple id, and password, i asked the guy, he gave me his apple id, but itunes says THIS APPLE ID CANNOT UNLOCK THIS PHONE, so i need advice, if i restore to IOS 7.1, will it solve problem? the phone is factory unlocked

Do not update your phone to 7.1!!!
You should fetch blobs from current version 6.1.3 via iFaith, then make custom firmware 6.1.3 and flash your phone with it. Detailed information can be find in Google.

bro do you have any link with a simple guide?

What ever you do save .shsh then make a signed ispw and restore via itunes you may get error 11 downgrade itunes or download a patch is posted in forum juat search error 11

Smell like a fraud.
When you take the phone did you see signal bar ???
Maybe this iPhone was "hacktivated" ?

the phone was okay, i was making calls, almost everything, but i was annoyed by a lot of photos in that phone, and a lot of contacts, so i decided to erase all data, so problem is now activation,
