iOS 5.x no ap ticket need its valid & 100% work.
iOS 6.x with ap ticket its valid & 100% work.
iOS 7.x with or without ap ticket its useless.

also correction most people saved bad copy of shsh on cydia so restore,custom ipsw etc fail. if did with ifaith which do correct way 100% work.

its redsn0w who can't handle ap ticket yet. i guess devteam just no longer gona support it.

Hi to all.
According to Saurik downgrading iPhone 4 from version 7 to 6.0 up to 6.1.2 is not possible any longer even with SHSH blobs saved.
The reason is connected to iOs security improvements done by Apple recently.
Theoretical possibility for downgrade iPhone 4 with 7 running does exist for 6.1.3 only.
I guess just small number of iPhone 4 owners really passed thru 6.1.3 installation and also did save related SHSH blobs. Such an ordinary downgrade solution with SHSH blobs is of tiny use or no use for most of us.
Actual solution is roped to unlocked factory connection of certain SHSH blob for 6.1.3 with certain device ID, so that universal SHSH blob could be taken successfuly to make downgrade.
It does not exist so far.
Whether somebody has info on true working solution, please share links etc.
