Iphone 4s display problem

Hello,
I would like to ask a question to the more experienced.
I have a iphone 4s that, from day to day, sometimes, and worsens over time, I have a flicker on the screen that stops at the moment you press on the screen. If I restart the system, the fault disappears, but it resumes after a while. I have replaced the battery for about a month. Did anyone have my own experience? Could it be the LCD?

To be 100% certain , you should replace your lcd ( even with used one ) and check if problem persist .
