if its factory unlock then restore it with orignal ipsw 4.3 and if its software unlock then use custom file 4.3 for iphone.just use redsn0w and just enter pwned dfu right now then simply restore it with 4.3 custom file .and unlock it with ultrasn0w .

No need to unlick it by ultrasn0w becoz its FACTORY UNLOCK ok

use iREB(iH8sn0w) for dfu mode
then run tinyumbela start tss server
run itune restore custom 4.2.1 firmware, if geting any error use 4.3 custom fw
after check your modem ver? if old(1.59) then use untrasn0w..
