find old owner of iphone and ask him for id and pass, other wise u cant activate

I also have the same issue, I cant activate my iphone and get it connected to itunes, I just bought my phone in ebay and now cant find the seller to ask for the account details, Bcoz i just though it will not be a serious matter, but when I tried to log in using my own account, it says i need first to log in with its previous account, and there's no other way to change it, even i tried to upgrade my iOS or restoring,,,,
Now i want to know is there any software or apps can do the unlocking of the account?? or if none, is there any other way I can solve this problem??
