iphone 4 itunes error 16 - GSM-Forum

hi guys can you please help me

i have an iphone 4 when the itunes about to finish the restore thing it shows error 16
i tried almost everything
batt+ usb port + usb cable + pc + itunes patch + i tunes 11.0 + antivirus removal almost every thing but no luck
ist baseband faulty chip ??
what can i do please help

with the hotair on the baseband chip works like charm

This problem Mostly For Phone Usb port
Also for Usb cable & battery So 1st make a sure your cable is ok
clean phone usb port & reborn connector If same change battery & usb port cable

I was done this why

i have solution 100% but after flash 100% no signal network:
flash iPhone without battery and sure iTunes (error 16)
not reconnect cable usb and re-flash device 100%
i tested with 3 device same prob

Hey constantin can you be more detailed,i have the same problem and i couldnt get it out from that error,i disasamblet the moter board and heated up the baseband chip for how much time?

dont expose to direct heat source use a cartoon box with a yellow lamp and cover the inner sides of the box with aluminum foil you will get super results with that box any question iam ready
but you will not be able to make cals on iphone because of the faulty base band chip

This is 10000% Baseband ic problem... Please hit baseband ic 30-40 minute under electric bulb. Tested by me..........

please downgrade your itunes to version 11.1 then restore your iphone..it will resolve your problem

no it wont be resolved ...
i tried the sinfull patch and downgrade the itunes its a baseband chip for sure
