baseband:03.10.01

ive successfully jailbroken it and am trynna unlock it but still if i insert the sim it says no service.
and i dont know if the bb.03.10.01 is not possible for unlock.
plz help me fellas.

its like u didnt understand all am trynna say.
ive jailbroken the iphone but i cant get access to network.
so it means i need to unlock it.
plz experts help me out.
