Dev-team said that there are possibilities of untethered jailbreak but only tethered jailbreak is released yet.

i dont think they will release unthered version until IOS 5 comes out

when i install instolus4 from cydia jailbreak after 4.3.4 after rebot only apple logo plz help any body

I accidently upgraded my 3Gs to 4.3.4. Only solution I found was to downgrade to stock 4.1 (using regular DUF and itunes) since the 4.1 blob is not signed by apple and can be downgraded to. Then jailbroken with redsn0w. All apps working; no problems so far.

Thanks to jusmejose. Note: I believe this solution works only for iphone 3Gs.
