iPhone 4 Keeps Searching Network & Activation Required Error - GSM-Forum

My iPhone 4 was hit hard on floor and the display was replaced. Since then it keeps searching network and displays "Activation Required" (please refer attached image).

What is the best solution?

it can happen if you baseband ic is corrupted
