Question iPhone 4 LCD Glass Replacement

Hey I fix iPhones all the time for the 3g and 3gs phones. But recentley have had a bunch of people needing me to fix they're iphone 4's. I've never done one and can't find a write up online or even a video that tells me in complete detail what i need to do the fix. From the videos i've seen it looks as iff the lcd and glass are one piece.. So i'm not sure if i need to buy just the glass or the whole assembly. Has anyone done this and if so could you give me some better insight. Thanks in advance! Randen

well lcd and front lent fuesed together so it is just one piece, easiest is to buy the full assembly but if u want to get a bit cheaper then buy the glass separate and lcd separate.
regards

LCD and touch screen are well gluwed ( 3M technology may be !?!? ) near to all edge around . the disassembly is not easy, but is possible ... Try to save working part ( LCD or touch ) and do not care about broken one ... use low level IR preheating to make glue easy to dissmount

THANKS everyone! i appreciate your suggestions. It's easy to make a profit on the 3g and 3gs's but with the iphone 4 parts for this replacement being around 120 it's hard to take the risk of damaging something for 20-30 bucks
