Dear friends i have I4 locked on any provider in Spain

how can i know which is provider?
And please if anybody unlock my phone contact me on PM!

i mean my phone is from SPAin VODAFONE, but im not sure 100%
i try check via IMEI here Unlock king - Home but this service doesnt work now
