Iphone 4s charge normaly but when its 0% battry phone not charge
It hardwear problm need solution
I have changed battry +conecter etc

i have the same problem with my iPad air and i think you must replace the U2 charging ic chip

Yeah, change the charging ic and it will surely work, i have once have the same problem before.
