iphone 4 not charging

hi, i hv a iphone 4 when i connect charger its charging and it was 18% charge but still 2hr connect charger but still 18%, its not going up. i change battery from other working phone, full restore but same problem. hw can i solve this problem, please help me gsm friends.

It's power IC problem...
you have to change power ic,it's hardware.

it could be your battery, change battery first and if still problem there change charging flex
its very easy to chage these parts

its means its not saving the power to the battery


you should post in hardware section because this is hardware problem.and i hope you will get better help from the hardware experts
