I know the password. The problem is the date from phone witch is in year 1970 and from here iphone is disabled over 40 years . Automatic updating the date over the sim not work, mobile data is off. I thought that is a plist file in witch is saved the date and that file can be edited to current date to fix 40 years of waiting.

You have two ways to solve the problem:
1) buy/borrow/stole () OTG cable for iPhone 4, plug it into the phone and connect any USB keyboard. Then enter your code
2) By using modified Gecko tool (link on my preivious post), that tool has ability to remove disabled mode on iphone4

The solution for iPhone 4 ios 7.1.2 is Gecko iPhone Toolkit used with old iTunes 10.

Thanks for help Ribbentrop. Have you maybe a solution for another Iphone 4 ios 7.1.1. rev 3.1, The phone have screen lock code and when i use Geko Redsn0w gets stuck on waiting for reboot on second stage. Tried on 3 PC, same problem in all.

In my case it works with some conditions:
- XP SP3; disabled antiviruces; just rebooted PC (do not run any other programms); untick "Automatic time zone changing" (or how it is called in English)

But I've made my own unlock "box" for that

Try Bypass iCloud activation through DNS method

If the iPhone has not been synced to computer, which means never tap on trust this computer, then there is no way to bypass the lock screen without losing data, but you can still try tricking Siri if iOS version is still under 10.3 to bypass iPhone 4 passcode.
