iPhone 4 requires SSN and billing zip code - GSM-Forum

Hello everybody

I have been tired , I have tried att cards does not activate the iphone 4
I have tried to activate it using universal SIm cards

does not work also

I am outside USA,

when I connect my itunes it requires me SSN and billing zip code

model : MC319LL/A

please help me

No solution AFAIK, you need to ask the 2 details needed from your seller. A lot of people who bought from eBay are having problems like yours. Some people are making scripts to bypass, but no one succeeded.

I am also having this problem with iphone4 (4.0).
can anyone help i have software called umbrella that allows me to downgrade iphone4 (4.01) to (4.0) and i still can,t activate it.
