2. delete host:
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
3. restar pc
4. shift+restore again

3194 error

final solution first delet etc folder on windos system32 drivers
then uninstall iTunes and restart pc install again latest firmware

update using latest itunes.donot select downloaded ios for restore.
done few giving error 14,3194.click at upadte holding home button on iphone.
phone must be detected in recovery mode.click at update/restore.

This error is not bcz of host and apple check servers.
It's hw problem and we most bypass this hw fault.

I dont think that there is any way to downgrade. But for the error you can change the USB slot so it will work.

Working Solution For error 3194

For Windows:

Go to C:/Windows/System32/Drivers/etc

There should be a file named as :"Host"

Open this file in notepad, and delete the last domain name at the bottum of the page.
Save this page.
If you used tinyumbrella, then there should be one more file named as tinyumbrella host, do the same process as mentioned above, Close Itunes, or any related program, then try to restore you device, you will not get any error while restoring.
